INSTALLATION GUIDE
Refer to the Technical Data Sheets and MSDS for further detailed installation instructions and precautions.
- Ensure substrate is clean and dry, free from loose materials and coatings. If in doubt the adhesive should be test applied.
- Apply a 5-6mm Ø ribbon of adhsive to all contact surfaces. On flat surfaces the ribbons should not be more than 45cm apaprt.
- Locate panel on wall within 10 minutes while the adhesive is still wet and press firmly over the area to ensure adhesive transfer to the panel.
- Panels must be nailed or shored up for at least 12 hours or ntill the adhesive is dried sufficiently to take the weight. Ensure the back of the board is pressed into close contact witht he joists/battens over all its bonded surface and remains in close contact fro the full drying time.
